Success for the Excellence Cluster proposal PhoenixD, in which the PZH is significantly involved!
On 27 September 2018, the application for "PhoenixD - Photonics, Optics, and Engineering - Innovation Across Disciplines" was accepted in the Excellence Strategy of the Federal Government and the Federal States. Combined with other approved clusters of Leibniz University (LUH) and Hannover Medical School (MHH), LUH and MHH may now apply as an Excellence Network.

The new Collaborative Research Centre 1153 "Process Chain for the Production of Hybrid High-Performance Components by Tailored Forming" of Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) started the first funding period in July 2015.
